Tomáš Lupač specialises in information technology and intellectual property law, media, telecommunications, film, and e-commerce. In these areas, he regularly advises clients on the implementation of their major projects or investments in the Czech Republic and abroad, including the preparation of related contractual documentation.
Tomáš graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in 2021 and expanded his knowledge of law through the Erasmus programme at Turun-yliopisto in Finland, where he focused his studies on the combination of law and artificial intelligence or the pitfalls of the sharing economy.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2021, he gained extensive experience at a leading international law firm, a Czech law firm specialising in start-ups and venture capital transactions, as well as within the in-house legal department of a commodities trading company.
