Zdeněk Chroust specialises in real estate and construction law, mergers and acquisitions, and contract law.
He focuses on real estate both in the context of transaction advisory and related matters in the management of real estate portfolios. In recent years, Zdeněk has been involved in a number of transactions for both domestic and foreign clients including both divestitures and acquisitions of major engineering companies and real estate sites in Central Europe. In his practice he has represented major investment companies and residential, commercial and industrial project developers.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2024, Zdeněk worked in the acquisition and real estate teams of several renowned law firms with international reach.
